The Road Ahead - An Integrated Strategy

The purpose of this group is to workshop an integrated vision/mission-driven, rather than a funding-driven strategy. The weakness in the strategy funded approach, is a sporadic, defensive program of deliverables that may or not be getting our mission accomplished. The most efficient use of resources (us) is consideration of that strategy with appropriating and seeking resources.
